5. 攝影、錄影及閉路電視
5.1 工作室內攝影及錄影（肖像權授權）
本人同意並授權 BUPPOLE 及其授權導師、合作夥伴在課堂或活動期間拍攝本人的照片及影片。
本人明白並同意，該等照片及影片可能用於以下用途：
- 市場推廣及宣傳（包括社交媒體、網站、廣告、海報、宣傳單張）
- 導師作品集及教學示範
- 工作室內部記錄及品質改善
授權條款：
- 本人授予 BUPPOLE 一項不可撤銷、永久、全球性、免版稅的許可，允許其使用本人的肖像、影像、聲音及表演。
- 本人放棄審閱或批准最終用途的權利。
- 本人明白不會獲得任何補償。
如本人不希望被拍攝，必須在每節課堂開始前書面通知 BUPPOLE 或當值導師。即使提出反對，工作室仍可能因安全或保安原因（如閉路電視）錄影，但該等錄像不會用於市場推廣用途。
5.2 閉路電視監控
- 為安全、防止盜竊及保障目的，工作室公共區域（更衣室及洗手間除外）安裝了閉路電視。
- 閉路電視錄像保留最長 30天，除非需要用於正在進行的調查。
- 閉路電視錄像僅限授權人員查閱。
5.3 直播課程
- 直播課程期間，導師及學生可互相看見。
- 嚴禁學生錄影、截圖或分享直播課程的任何部分。
- 違反者可能面臨法律行動及本店條款及細則所載的預定賠償。
6. 個人資料的披露
我們不會出售、出租或交易您的個人資料。我們可能在以下情況分享您的資料：
